We may aggregate or de-identify information so it can no longer reasonably be associated with an individual. We may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information for lawful business purposes and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.
5Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, PrimeCall may process personal information based on:
- Performance of a contract or actions requested before entering a contract;
- Our legitimate business interests;
- Compliance with legal obligations;
- Protection of an individual's vital interests;
- Consent; or
- Another lawful basis permitted by applicable law.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent, subject to applicable legal and contractual limitations.
6How We Disclose Information
PrimeCall may disclose personal information as described below.
A. Service Providers and Contractors
We may disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, messaging, fax, payment processing, analytics, security, customer support, billing, professional, and similar services.
These providers are permitted to process information only for authorized purposes and are expected to protect it under contractual or legal obligations.
B. Telecommunications and Emergency-Service Providers
We may disclose information to carriers, messaging providers, number-porting administrators, emergency-service providers, public-safety answering points, and other entities necessary to route, deliver, secure, and support communications.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices and opt-out methods required by applicable law.
8Customer Proprietary Network Information
Certain information concerning a customer's telecommunications services may qualify as CPNI. This may include the telephone numbers called, the frequency, duration, timing, destination, location, and technical configuration of calls, as well as information contained in customer bills.
To the extent applicable, PrimeCall protects and uses CPNI in accordance with federal law and Federal Communications Commission requirements. We may use CPNI to provide and bill for the Services, protect customers and networks, prevent fraud, comply with law, and offer related services as legally permitted.
PrimeCall may require authentication before disclosing CPNI or making certain account changes.
9Call Recording, Monitoring, and Transcription
Certain Services allow customers to record, monitor, transcribe, summarize, or analyze calls and other communications.
Recording and monitoring laws vary by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions require the consent of every participant. Customers are solely responsible for:
- Determining whether recording or monitoring is lawful;
- Providing legally required notices;
- Obtaining all required consents;
- Configuring recording features appropriately; and
- Establishing suitable retention and deletion settings.
PrimeCall may record customer-support or sales calls for training, quality assurance, security, and recordkeeping when notice is provided or as otherwise permitted by law.

Customers using PrimeCall messaging Services are responsible for obtaining required consent, honoring opt-out requests, and complying with applicable messaging laws, carrier rules, and campaign-registration requirements.
11Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by selecting the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us.
Even if you opt out of marketing, we may continue sending non-promotional communications concerning your account, invoices, security, outages, maintenance, legal notices, or requested support.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the Services involved, customer settings, contractual commitments, and applicable law.
When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it. Information may remain temporarily in backups or archives until those systems are overwritten according to established retention schedules.
13Information Security
PrimeCall uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, backups, employee training, and vendor-management procedures.
No electronic transmission, network, or storage system is completely secure. PrimeCall cannot guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
14Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information;
- Request access to or a copy of your personal information;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of personal information;
- Obtain certain information in a portable format;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;
- Opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling;
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.
PrimeCall will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
These rights are not absolute. For example, we may retain information needed to provide requested Services, protect security, complete transactions, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims.
15California Privacy Rights
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to PrimeCall's processing of your information, California residents may have the rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to receive information about applicable categories of collection, use, and disclosure.
California residents may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. As stated above, PrimeCall does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 3 and use and disclose them for the purposes described in Sections 4 and 6. We retain them according to Section 12.
16Submitting a Privacy Request
To submit a privacy request, contact PrimeCall using either of the following methods:
- Email: support@primecall.com
- Telephone: 844-597-7463
Please include enough information for us to understand and respond to your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing it. Verification may require confirming account information, control of an email address or telephone number, or other information reasonably related to the request.
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent's authority and may ask the individual to verify their identity directly.
If PrimeCall processes the requested information solely on behalf of a business customer, we may direct the request to that customer.
17Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Where required by applicable law, PrimeCall will treat a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of applicable sale or sharing for the browser or device sending the signal.
Because PrimeCall does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, such a signal may not result in a visible change to your experience.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, our websites may not respond to those signals except where required by law.
18Children's Privacy
PrimeCall's Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally required authorization. If we learn that we collected such information in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has provided information to PrimeCall may contact us at support@primecall.com.
19International Processing
PrimeCall and its providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you reside.
Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
20Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, equipment, or platforms. PrimeCall does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of unaffiliated third parties.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information or enabling an integration.
21Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, practices, technologies, or legal obligations.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through our website, an application, the customer portal, or email where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to the updated policy, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
