VoIP Terms & Conditions

These VoIP Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of VoIP services provided by PrimeCall Communication (“PrimeCall”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to business customers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Description

PrimeCall provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) communication services for business use. Services may include:

  • Local and long-distance calling
  • Voicemail
  • Call forwarding
  • Other related telecommunication features

Customers may use PrimeCall-provided equipment or compatible third-party devices (BYOD).

2. Service Term and Billing

  • Services are billed on a monthly basis.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt and must be paid within the stated terms.
  • Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.

3. Termination Policy

  • Customers may terminate service by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice.
  • PrimeCall may terminate service for misuse, violation of law, or breach of this Agreement.

4. Use of Equipment

  • Customers may lease, purchase, or use their own VoIP-compatible devices.
  • PrimeCall is not responsible for the performance of BYOD hardware.
  • Leased equipment must be returned in good condition upon service termination to avoid fees.

5. Limitations of Service

  • Service requires internet access and power.
  • PrimeCall is not liable for interruptions caused by ISP outages, power failure, or third-party issues.
  • VoIP-based 911 services (E911) may have limitations. Please see our E911 Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrimeCall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost revenue, downtime). Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the preceding 30 days.

7. Acceptable Use

Services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Use for spamming, robocalls, or unauthorized telemarketing is strictly prohibited.

8. Modifications

PrimeCall may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
