How Post Call Survey Works?

After the call ends, the caller will be automatically transferred to a voice prompted survey after they’ve interacted with your agent. The survey will allow them to rate the quality of conversation on a scale of 1-5 using their phone’s keypad. And, from your Converseline Dashboard, you can easily track the Post Call Survey analytics.
