This page lists out Mapping of sticky agents. Tenant can add new mapping for sticky agents using this page.
Add Sticky agent mapping :-
To add a new Sticky agent mapping, click on the “Add New” button on the page. It will open a create form as shown below.
Phone number – Enter the phone number.
Queue – Select the Queue. only those will be available in which sticky agent is on.
Agent – Select the agent.
Fill the details and click on create to add mapping.
