This report gives the details of answered call, Abandoned call, Max and Average waiting time for the particular queue .The report could be searched on start date, end date and queue. This report is divided into two parts.

Exporting a report –
The whole report can be exported in a .csv format to the device by clicking the ‘EXPORT’ button in the search tab.
Also, if the report has to be filtered by start date, end date and queue, then the criteria can be entered in the search tab and then export the report, which will export only the filtered report.
