Queue Callback

This page lists the queue callback that have been created, that will be further mapped in the Queue create/update.

 Adding Queue callback –

To add a new queue callback, click on the ‘Add Callback’ button above the grid. It will open a create form as shown below.

Name – Enter callback Name.

Callback Prompt – Prompt which is played to Caller when system generate call like “This is callback as per your request”.

Accept Prompt – Prompt which is played after callback prompt, Press 1 to accept this callback, Press 2 to decline.

Ring Timeout(Sec) – Set Ring Timeout if caller does not pick up call.

Callback Timeout (Minute) – Set Callback Timeout after that no call will be originated to the caller for same callback.

Max Tries – Enter Tries count, for that many Time system tries to call the caller.(decline request also counted on tries)

Retry  Duration  (Minute)  –  Enter Retry Duration, After that many minutes system Again Tries to call to the caller.

Updating Queue callback –

To update queue callback, click on the little blue icon beside that particular queue callback. It will update form make required changes and click on update.

Deleting Queue callback –

To delete queue callback, click on the little red icon beside that particular queue callback. It will delete that callback.
