Queue Call Details

This report gives the details of Queue, Agent, Caller, Start Time, Queue Time, Agent Time, End Time and Status.The report could be searched on start date, end date ,queue,Agent and Status. This report is divided into two parts.

Exporting a report –

The whole report can be exported in a .csv format to the device by clicking the ‘EXPORT’ button in the search tab.

Also, if the report has to be filtered by start date, end date, Agent and queue, then the criteria can be entered in the search tab and then export the report, which will export only the filtered report.
