No Line Forward Setting

If any Incoming Call comes to DID, and No lines available(i.e simultaneous call limit Reached) then, this forward setting will be used for further routing.

Note : The call sent to External number using this setting will not be considered under Simultaneous Calls limit.

There will be 2 Forward setting in that case

a)external number

b)voicemail to an extension

c)Playback extension
