Feedback Settings

This page can be used for Feedback Call Settings.

Feedback On Incoming Calls – Enable to take Feedback call on Incoming calls from the extension.

Feedback On Outgoing Calls – Enable to take Feedback call on Outgoing calls from the extension.

Feedback Method – Feedback method can be selected from here.Available feedback methods are Extensions, Queue extension, Ring Group Extension and Feedback IVR.

Feedback Destination – if Feedback Destination is selected as Extensions then in Feedback Destination extension list will be available.

Feedback Call Tries – Feedback Call Tries can be defined here.

Feedback Retry Time (min) – Feedback Retry Time can be defined here in minutes so system will try to call customer after this minutes.

Feedback Ring Timeout (sec) – Feedback Ring Timeout can be defined here.

Feedback Prompt Language – Feedback Prompt language can be selected from here.

Feedback Answer Prompt – Feedback Answer Prompt can be selected from here.
