Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy: Customers can receive a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Service Disruption: In the event of a significant and unresolved service disruption that adversely affects the customer’s ability to use our VoIP services, a pro-rata refund for the affected period may be provided. Customers are required to report service disruptions promptly to our customer support team.
  2. Overbilling or Billing Errors: If a customer identifies a billing error, including instances of overbilling, we will investigate the matter promptly. If an error is confirmed, a refund or credit will be issued to the customer for the overcharged amount.

Delivery Policy: As a VoIP service provider, our services are delivered electronically, and no physical goods are shipped. Activation and setup details, including login credentials and necessary information, will be provided to the customer via email upon the successful completion of the registration and payment process.

Return Policy: Given the nature of our services, returns are not applicable in the traditional sense. However, customers dissatisfied with our VoIP services are encouraged to contact our customer support team to discuss any issues they may be experiencing. We are committed to resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction to the best of our ability.

Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel subscriptions under the following conditions:

  1. Voluntary Cancellation: Customers can initiate the cancellation of their subscription at any time through their online account management portal or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  2. Refund for Unused Period: If a customer cancels their subscription before the end of a prepaid billing cycle, they may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the service. This is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement.
  3. Service Violations: We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a customer’s subscription in the event of a violation of our terms of service, including but not limited to misuse of the VoIP service or non-payment of fees. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
